Abstract

The position of Acehnese youth amid various upheavals: identity and self-determination, historical continuity and the core concepts of Acehnese culture (lon, na, timang), planetary civilisation, future trends and movement trends, the offerings of the endatu (ancestors) and the history of Islamic thought, and a future agenda consisting of the spirit of civilisation, an ideology of local knowledge, and self-resilience.
